Blending the web design

Here is a glimpse of what it’s like to be in the Collide core team. (LOL..this is what people with full-time office jobs actually do…send lame, funny e-mails for HIS FAME!!! Yeahhhhhh!!)

Below are the actual emails that went back and forth.

Scene: We were discussing the new design for our website (www.wherewecollide.com) through emails.

Nelly (Web designer): So, what do you guys think of the new design?

Billy (Web developer): It was good the last time but now it’s more ALIVE n KICKING! So YOUTH! I love it!!!

Davin (Funky Pastor): Bill. Don’t use the word kicking…it’ll be dangerous if someone gets hurt. Coz even if we can press the ‘help’ button to get help, it seems like our scroll down menu in the website doesn’t have the option for calling an ambulance yet.

Billy: Hahaha dun worry Dave. Help = F1. And F1 is coming to Singapore this September!!

Johan: Hey guys! Speaking of F1…have any of you guys seen an  over-turned F1?

Davin: Look out!! The ambulance is coming!!!!

Meanwhile the others tried to re-direct the conversation back to webpage design matters…

Ivon: Haha.. very lame. Anyways, Nell, I think the web layout is great…but is there any way u could blend the images with the background better?

Davin: *sigh* Ivon with her persistent ‘blending’ ideas….Nell use this!!

About 15 minutes later, Nelly replies back…

Nelly: Ok guys!! I’ve tried to blend the design like u said. It was a bit hard, but I’ve tried my best to put everything together. Take a look at the attachment. So, how?? Better now??
